Returning Purchases

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

While it’s not important to return most of our products in the original packaging, we do prefer you to use the original packaging when returning one or more of our mugs. This is because the box you received this item in is specially made for its protection.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This is typically any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed. That means, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If we've notified you that you'll receive a refund but days have passed and you haven’t received it, first check your bank account again. If it's definitely not there, contact your bank; often there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

Also, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enyasattic@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size (e.g. t-shirts and other clothing items). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enyasattic@gmail.com and send your item to: Siobhan Colgan, Antonio Perez 19, 3B, 28002 Madrid, Madrid, Spain.

Return Shipping Address

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Siobhan Colgan, Antonio Perez 19, 3B, 28002 Madrid, Madrid, Spain

If you’re returning a purchase, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs.

If you're exchanging an item, however, we'll manage the shipping costs when sending you back your new item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. But, don't worry, we'll keep you abreast of your products movements.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should also consider using a trackable shipping service just to be on the safe side; we can never guarantee your returned item will reach us.

Honour the Contributions of Women Throughout History & Literature with Enya's Attic

At Enya's Attic, our mission is to help people recognise and celebrate women writers and history makers.

We do this by offering a curated range of important literature authored by women, bookish t-shirts and tops, and a unique assortment of literary stationery, candles and more, all with a female focus.

The story of our inception began with a rather disheartening realisation.

Growing up in Ireland, the “land of saints and scholars”, I realised I had to think twice to name prominent Irish authors who weren’t male.

Obviously, this didn't mean that Irish women had made no contributions to literature, it just meant they weren't represented enough.

And, really, this didn't sit right with me.

As a book lover, I wanted to see myself reflected in the women writers and books that I read.

And certainly, when I became a mother to my daughter, I didn't want her to grow up in a world where she'd have to pause to come up with the name of a distinguished Irish female author – or woman writer of any nationality.

Being a writer and a former arts publicist, I've always had a deep passion for female culture and literature.

And so I decided to start Enya's Attic, named for my daughter.

The business gave me a way to share my passion with the world, and help celebrate these women's exceptional works.

We hope that the voices of the women from the past continue to inspire fearless women in the present and the future.
